1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be made before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to costs, taxes, on season/off season or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation prior to the tour start.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting service charges and third-party costs.
3. Changes in Itinerary
- North Casa Adventure reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, roadblocks, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- No compensation shall be provided for delays or changes caused by factors beyond our control.
4. Travel Documents
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, permits, and travel documents.
- The company is not responsible for denial of entry due to missing or invalid documents.
5. Health & Safety
- Travelers must be medically fit to participate in the tour.
- North Casa Adventure is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage during the trip.
- Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
6. Accommodation & Transport
- Hotels and vehicles are provided as per availability and itinerary promised at the time of booking.
- Any damage to hotel property or vehicles will be the responsibility of the guest.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- North Casa Adventure acts only as a tour operator and is not responsible for acts of God, natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or accidents.
- The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
8. Code of Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect local culture, traditions, and laws.
- Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Governing Law
- Any disputes arising out of or related to the services of North Casa Adventure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
